Delicate aromas of pear and red apple lead to a refined, refreshing palate in which ripe fruit is balanced by subtle savoury and vanilla notes. Clean, dry and satisfying on the finish. Fermentation with native yeasts lasted for fourteen days. Seventy percent of the juice underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic, while the remainder was barrel-fermented in French oak, and completed malolactic during six months ageing.
