A fresh and delicate Rosé showcasing a modern Australian approach and premium fruit from selected blocks of Pinot Noir, Grenache and Mataro. The fruit was gently and oxidatively handled to mimic French vinification then individual parcels were fermented cold to lock in the delicate aromas expressed by each grape variety.
It is a fantastic afternoon aperitif, but could also be served with fresh fish, and light meat dishes.
